Sports Marketing Intern

FlagFootballNinja.com helps flag football coaches win, whether it's their first season coaching or their hundredth. We make playbooks, a play designer, a wristband maker and drills. Flag football is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in the country, and we're growing with it.
We want a scrappy, self-driven person to help us get in front of more coaches and leagues.
What you'll do:
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Keep a steady posting schedule and engage with the flag football community
- Find and reach out to referral partners: leagues, rec departments, YMCAs, NFL FLAG organizers, school programs, coaching influencers
- Track outreach and results in a simple spreadsheet or CRM
- Bring ideas. We want someone who spots opportunities, not someone who waits for instructions.
You're a fit if you:
- Know flag football or youth sports (playing, coaching, reffing or parenting counts)
- Have grown a social account, yours or someone else's (show us)
- Like cold outreach and don't mind hearing "no"
- Write clearly and work on your own
- Are comfortable with Canva, CapCut or similar tools

- Part-time, with bonuses for referral partners you sign
- Remote, US-based preferred (you'll be talking to US leagues)
