Effective August 17, 2026 · Last updated August 17, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Mobius Media, LLC (“Flag Football Ninja,” “FFN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, mobile and web applications, play designer, playbook library, wristband maker, team communication tools, statistics features, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings provided in the Platform and Services Terms and Conditions posted to the site (“Terms of Use”).

This Policy applies to personal information we process about visitors, account holders, coaches, team administrators, parents and guardians, players and other team members, customers, and other individuals who interact with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Use and Support and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

The entity responsible for your personal information (the “controller” for purposes of the laws described below) is:

Mobius Media, LLC

145 Church Street, NW

Suite 301

Vienna VA, 22180

Email: privacy@flagfootballninja.com

Web form: www.flagfootballninja.com/privacy

3. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information we receive from third parties. The categories below describe the types of information we may collect depending on how you use the Service.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account and registration information: name, email address, username, password, and the team, league, or organization you are affiliated with.
  • Profile and roster information: coach and team-administrator profile details, team names, rosters, jersey numbers, positions, and player information that account holders enter about members of their teams.
  • Content you create: plays, playbooks, wristband layouts, formations, notes, and other materials you design or upload using the Service.
  • Photos and videos: images and video footage that you or your team upload (for example, game or practice footage), which may depict players, coaches, and others.
  • Communications and messages: the content of email, chat, and other messages you send through the Service to teammates, coaches, or us, along with related metadata such as timestamps and recipients.
  • Statistics and performance data: individual and team statistics, scores, attendance, and related performance information entered into the Service.
  • Purchase and payment information: billing name, billing and shipping address, order details, and transaction history when you buy subscriptions, wristbands, playbooks, or other goods. Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Support and correspondence: information you provide when you contact us for support, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages and features viewed, actions taken, and dates and times of access.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies as described in Section 7.
  • Approximate location: general location inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device without your consent.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Team administrators and other users: coaches, team administrators, and parents may enter information about players and other team members, including minors.
  • Service providers and integrations: payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, and similar vendors.
  • Advertising and social platforms: limited information (such as campaign engagement) if you interact with our ads or sign in through a third-party account, subject to that platform’s own policies.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Flag football is a youth sport, and we take children’s privacy seriously. The Service is intended for use by adults — coaches, team administrators, parents, and guardians who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create their own accounts or to provide personal information directly to us.

Information about players who are minors is entered into the Service by adult account holders (such as a coach or parent) as part of managing a team — for example, a player’s first name, jersey number, position, statistics, or team photos. Adult account holders are responsible for obtaining any consents required from parents or guardians before entering a minor’s information or uploading photos or videos that depict a minor.

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not use children’s personal information for behavioral advertising, and we limit our use of such information to providing and supporting the Service. Parents and guardians may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting us using the details in Section 2 (or by asking their team administrator). We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the child before acting on such a request.

If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us at privacy@flagfootballninja.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including the play designer, playbook library, wristband maker, messaging, statistics, and store features;
  • Create and manage accounts, teams, and rosters, and authenticate users;
  • Process orders, payments, subscriptions, shipping, and returns, and send related transactional communications;
  • Enable communication and content sharing among members of a team;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Personalize and develop new features, and analyze usage and trends;
  • Send administrative, service, and (where permitted) marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Within your team: content, messages, rosters, and statistics you share are visible to other authorized members of your team or organization, consistent with the Service’s features.
  • Service providers: vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, analytics, email delivery, and customer support, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FFN, our users, or others.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.

Regarding “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising: to the extent we use advertising cookies or similar technologies that may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under California law, you may opt out as described in Sections 7 and 13.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure and analyze traffic and performance, and (where applicable) support marketing. Cookies fall into categories such as strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie preference tool. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service functions. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies. We also honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) browser signals as a valid opt-out of “sale”/“share” where applicable.

Cookies we use

This section supplements Section 7 with the specifics for Flag Football Ninja. Nothing in the analytics list below is loaded until you accept it - if you decline, those scripts are never added to the page at all. The referral cookie described after it is the one exception, and it is set for every visitor.

Strictly necessary

  • Sign-in cookies set by us through our authentication provider, Supabase, so you stay signed in between pages. Removing them signs you out.
  • ffn_cookie_consent, set by us to remember the choice you made in the cookie bar. It expires after six months, at which point we ask again.

Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Microsoft Clarity - session replay and heatmaps, so we can see where the product gets in a coach's way. Sets _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (one day). Text you type into form fields is masked. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager - aggregate traffic and page performance. Sets _ga and _ga_* (up to two years). Advertising and personalisation signals are switched off for every visitor, consented or not. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Referrals (set for every visitor)

  • Rewardful - records which partner referred you, so that partner is credited if you later buy a plan. It stores a referral identifier for up to 60 days. Unlike the analytics above it is set on every visit and is not covered by the cookie bar, because a partner cannot be paid for a sale they introduced if it is missing. It is not used for advertising and not used to build a profile of you. See the Rewardful Privacy Policy.

We set no advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time: , or the same link in the site footer.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

9. How We Protect Personal Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and we process and store personal information in the United States and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, if applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), may provide you with the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you;
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of certain targeted advertising;
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. Your Virginia Privacy Rights (VCDPA)

If you are a resident of Virginia, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”) may give you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to request deletion; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 2. 13. Marketing Choices and “Do Not Track”

You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. Transactional and service messages are not promotional and may still be sent. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently respond to them; however, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, and may integrate third-party tools such as payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law (for example, by email or an in-Service notice). Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
